RO experience (previous servers etc.) / WoE experience: LegacyRo (rate: 10/10/10) they closed the server so i left and i just started FeelRo after like 4 years of Ro Break. I had one of the best Sinx in that server i had a reputation for protecting the Emperium (Lex + EDP and if possible Soul Link).

WoE Build: This is the base, then i put the rest of the stats points depending on the situtation.

What foods will you be using at woe?: (dex food or str)

Explain your build / Why do you use it? It's a very good build for Sonic Blow (EDP). It adapt to every class (With gears and food, enough dex to hit Full Agi SinX and Snipers. With gears and food, enough Str to do high dmg. 40 vit minimum to survive and have the more time to kill the more i can in a short laps of time. Some Agi to avoid useless dmg from noob (o.O lol). That was a summary of my Build.

Position you will be playing during WoE: Full Killer (Fast Pwning almost every class) or Full Emperium Protector if A priest can help to Lex (Lex+EDP and if possible Soul Link). Fast Pwnage.

Do you know how to use the Party Window and BM? I wasn't rly using BM but i learn fast if its really needed.

Gears/Equipment: I started FeelRo the 24 February 2009 its will be a month and i already bought Angelic Tiara (90mil and Fatality Middle) I don't really have PvP and WoE gears cuz i bought Hunting Gears for my SinX and for my Sniper. I bought a bow for Mvp (3 AK card + cruiser card) im using the combo cards. The cruiser combo for more dmg and more agi, with full buff i have 189 aspd i can go to 190 with food. I also made a Star Gladiator for Self Leech and to sell leech and i made alot of money like that (gefenia with sniper and Tidals + Wool hunting with my SinX). I have good gears on my Star Gladiator ( book of billow with 3 AK card-----Valk Shield with alice card). All that to say that i will make alot of money from alot of way to get faster my PvP and WoE gears. I have alot of experience cuz i played online Low Rates Servers.

What War of Emperiums are you able to attend? (We WoE Monday, Friday, and Sunday American, if you live in Euro you aren't expected to go to American WoE. What time is WoE? 19:00 Server Time Monday-Sunday Euro and Sunday American is at 2:00 server time. WoE Lasts about 1 hour and 30 mins. ) Well I can go to all of them, but if i have an Exam (im in college) i will have to study. But im always online (every day u will see me online that for sure). Time is not rly a problem I can mnage myself to attend all of WoE time.

Are you able to hunt for WoE supplies independently? (Slims, Foods, Speed pots) Sure, that was one of my job when i was at LegacyRo. When someone will need help to hunt, if im not busy ill do it, ill hunt for food ingredient for WoE too. I can also leech guild members with my Star Gladiator ^^ which is very useful. I have 2 Star Gladiator in the same accout (1 for self leech and leech ppl and 1 for guild leech).

Briefly describe yourself: I a guy that rly love sport (Soccer is my favorite). When i have to do something, i will done it. Im not a guy that will surrender fast. Im I can handle alot of situation. im not a ''Fagget''. Like, u challenge me, ill accpect and im not that guy that will find a reason if i lose.

Are you willing to listen to your Guild Leader and co-leaders and learn from your mistakes? Absolutly. Its the better way to improve my experience as a grreat player.

Do you own a mic? Well i broke it when i was Playing Counter-Strike: Source. Lol, i was about to win but i felt from high like an idiot and i died i took my and hit the table but u got the micro. So no, i do not own one.

Are you able to use Ventrilo for WoE (You have to use Ventrilo for every woe or guild kick, if you need help downloading ask in guild)? Yes.

Do you know anyone in the guild? If so who? Yes, Mr.Maximus but i think he left but i know someone: Babykodachi and all his characters. I leeched is baby blacksmith at thor.

Do you like to pvp/mvp?: Yes, i love that but at this moment im more cencentrating on making zeny to gets better gears.

There are alot of guilds in FeelRO.. why Propaganda? Besause the members look friendly and i see that u guys have experience. I need a guild with good player to improve myself and have fun. I see that u have Active members and u guys do MVP + WoE + PvP. Some guild are just doing MVP or WoE or just nothing. I also heard alot of good thing about you guys that was nice and that brought me here applying to join you guys!! ^^

I just want to say to send me a reply here to know if i'm accepted or not. Take your time to take a decision but all i want is that u send me ur decision here so i can know if im accepted or not. Btw, i didn't mention that have alot of characters:

1 ) SinX: 99/70
2 ) Sniper: 99/70 (hunting, mvp with gears for it, etc)
3 ) White Smith: 99/70 (useful for upgrade, i can upgrade guild mates gears when ill be trusted)
4 ) Paladin: 99/70 (can be used as tanker, devotion and gospell for WoE)
5 ) Lord Knight: 99/70 (Can be used as tanker too and with some gears i can be annoying at WoE and PvP but not more then my SinX).
6 ) Creator: 99/70 (useful to make potions, acid bottle, fire bottle for AD and plant cultivation. For WoE, AD is rly good to kill high vit character like Paladin and Lord Knights)
7 ) Soul Linker: 99/50 (useful for SinX with EDP)
8 ) High Priest: 99/70 (full support at PvP, MVP and WoE and helping guildies at leveling and hunting)
9 ) 2 Star Gladiators: 99/50 (I use one for Self leech and leeching other ppl for zeny and i have another one to level the Guild. I'm using good gears for Thor. I'm not using cvadon or peco peco egg. I'm using Ak cards and for the shield im using valk shield with alice card.

Yes I have all those characters that can be useful to the guild and i'm not asking to add all of them. Now if u want to contact me just talk to me in game.

since 95% of propaganda guys lives in megiddo guildmap i suggest you to look for them in pvp (morroc/lutie).
