Soooo. I'm just wondering when exactly woe is for west coast USA.

And after reading your example application I realized that you are asking for quite a bit of info, and seem to be quite strict on the requirements.
I'll tell you a bit about myself and why I'm posting here.

I've played RO since open beta iRO, so I've been around before pvp/woe were implemented, I know just about all the nooks and crannies to the game.

I've been watching and looking at the other guilds and it seems to me that Propaganda would be one of the only guild names that I want to wear under mine.

I'm quite active, and if I know when woe is I'm sure I can make a majority of them.

My main character is a 96 sniper, so I can hunt for most of my gear and cards and such on my own.

WoE Build: I'm a bit new to Sniper (HW is my best) But I've been toying around with a Agi/Luk/Dex build. I don't want to paste my stats in just yet, since I'm still figuring out what I should use.

Once I come by the funds, maybe int and/or dex pots.

Agi/Luk is fun. While leveling it was useful to stun lock monsters with the falcon, does the same towards players.

Position you will be playing during WoE:
In iRO I always played defence (except for a few special circumstances). That'll probably be the best position for me, unless otherwise needed.

That should be no problem. I'm quite active at night when nothing is going on.

Was an admin on another ventrilo server, so that won't be a problem

Like I said in my wannabe application, from what I've seen around the server, Propaganda is the only guild name that I think I'd let show under my character name. Only a couple other guilds seem to be as competent.

My sniper is the only char of mine that has anything of value.

You should get liek wool and tidals, raydric and verit card, orleans shield/stone buckler with thara frog card, rosary [1] with alligator card and feather beret. also get a weapon for falcon strike, you will be doing that and trapping

I've come across a couple tidal shoes and wool scarves but I've been selling them while I level so I have money for quivers/flywings/awakes. I've also spent the past few days trying to get me a Raydric card, but they're quite stingy, haha.

Okay that sounds fine. Is there any specific gears you want me to try to get for my HW when I'm through with the Sniper, incase he's needed?
