Explain your build / Why do you use it?:
Well the build above would basically be used for roaming and killing enemies. There is enough INT for a decent Soul Breaker, enough ATK and HIT for good damage from Sonic Blow.

The build can be slightly modified to take out INT and VIT to invest in AGI, this is useful along with EDP for "EMP Breaking"

Also I know having the Megingjard X 2 is wishful thinking, but it's possible. Without these items I would most likely just lose some VIT and INT for STR.

What War of Emperiums are you able to attend?: Wednesday, Friday, Sunday

Are you able to hunt for WoE supplies independently?: most likely, but I don't think it would be too hard since this is a reasonably high rate server.

i know you havent got your final equips yet but you need to start working on them. crit sinx's are useless in WOE.
the sinx is the most versatile class and are the main killers in WOE, EDP+link+SB = deadly you can prolly 1shot people in WOE with the right equips. also toothing (grimtoothing) is a very under-rated skill, very powerful + EDP
